Specialized care for you and your family
As a primary care provider, your family medicine physician is meant to serve as your main point of contact in the St. Luke’s health system. They often collaborate with other healthcare professionals to meet your specific needs and offer preventative or follow-up care. If you are experiencing problems or have any health concerns, your primary care provider should be the first person you talk to. You may be able to get a same-day appointment if you have an acute illness or injury.
Contact your family medicine physician for help with the following:
- Preventative care
- Follow-up care
- Prescriptions/medication management
- Immunizations/flu shots
- Chronic disease management
